the total of the general expenses to the life & non-life during the financial year of 2003/2004,amounted to 17.9 million Egyptian pounds , with a proportion of 11.1% of  the total of the issued premiums . this is against 16.7 million pounds with a proportion  of 10.7% for the previous year according to the following table

The administrative expenses for the life & non-life included the item of wages and
salaries, which is the amount of 10.5 million pounds for the number of 544 employees
for the year 2003/2004. This is against 9.3 million Egyptian pounds for the number of
541 employees for the year 2002/2003.
