Decennial Liability Insurance
The insurer undertakes to cover civil liability for such
prejudice as may be suffered by third parties by reason of what may
occur to the buildings and structures indicated in the table of
policy, including total or partial collapse of the construction
elements of the buildings, in respect of the following:
- Liability of the engineers and contractors in the course of
the period of execution set out in the table of policy.
- The landlord's liability over the ten years following and of
the period of execution referred to in the preceding paragraph.
Validity of this insurance shall run from date of initiating
execution of the licensed operations unless the policy should
determine another date.
